Public review and feedback is an important part of the study development process. Public meetings are held at specific milestones in the study process to afford the general public an opportunity to review work done to date and to provide feedback to the Study Team that can influence outcomes.
The first public meeting for this study was conducted June 1, 2006 to present and collect public input on draft information about the study goals & objectives, safety and congestion data, local concerns and possible locations where improvements should be considered. A second public meeting is planned in early 2007 to present and collect feedback on draft improvement concepts for presentation in the study report.
